Reviews and Ratings
The hotel's location is superb, offering easy access to the city center and key attractions. The rooms lack natural light and ambiance, situated above the restaurant. Despite being a bit dim, the room was clean. The service was hit or miss with unhelpful staff in parking matters, while housekeeping was commendable. The proximity to the cathedral and main square makes it a convenient choice for exploring the city, albeit with a slight odor issue in the old building. The dining options were limited but satisfactory, and the facilities, including a rooftop terrace with stunning views, added value to the stay.
I had a bit of a rocky start with the room, but it turned out great. The location is superb, right next to the main square, though the price is a bit on the higher side. The service was absolutely wonderful, and the dining options were a mix of good and not-so-good experiences.
The hotel is centrally located downtown, offering spacious and quiet rooms that were clean and comfortable. The service was very friendly and helpful, and they even changed our room to address any issues. The location is excellent, just a short walk from the cathedral, with stunning views of the historical city center. The dining was very nice, although some options required an extra fee. Facilities were well-maintained and met our needs.
The hotel offered a mix of positives and negatives. Although the rooms were pretty and old-fashioned, they lacked cleanliness and some amenities like a non-functional TV. On the bright side, all essential facilities like hot water, Wi-Fi, and air conditioning were in place. The service was friendly and helpful, although some noise disturbances were noted. The location was great for exploring the city, albeit some room for improvement in facilities. The dining experience was satisfactory, especially with made-to-order omelettes. Overall, the hotel had its charm but came with a few drawbacks.
